I love drinking coffee. For me coffee like a hero which keep my spirit every day. Without coffee sometimes I feel bad mood, lazy to study or do another activity . It because I feel sleepy without it. Maybe , some people think that it so dangerous for me. But, I think it will be more dangerous when I life without coffee. Maybe it will be dangerous when you consume caffeine to much. But when you drink it normally, caffeine will give many benefits for you.
Many people know that coffee is consist of caffeine which dangerous for our health. But in the other side, drinking coffee gives some benefits for us. Two of the benefits are for health and concentration. Base on researchers speculating, coffee reduces the risk of liver cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. People who consumed 3-4 cups of regular coffee will reduce the risk of developing type II diabetes until 30 percent. Coffee also prevents our body and brain from neurological disease, like Alzheimer and Parkinson. Alzeimer neurological disease declines the function of brain because of malnutrition of the brain. Person who has Parkinson desease will difficult to do daily activities, like walk, eat, write, etc. This symptom starts from one hand that shiven when we don’t do anything, until all of our part of body become difficult to be moved. The another benefit of coffee is to make we still awakened. Caffeine in coffee will help us to be focus in our activities.
